Local Beet Salad

The beet salad paired with the Apricot Wheat beer was delectable. Really enjoyed the way you made the salad utilizing couscous. Great job!

Kale Caesar

My boyfriend and I came in on a Friday afternoon because we got off work early, and it was the perfect afternoon! We were craving a nice light meal with an crisp beer to go along with, and that's exactly what we got! To say our expectations were met is an understatement - we were blown away! The salad was the perfect mix of creamy and light/fresh. My biggest pet peeve with Cesar salads is an unseasoned dressing and stale croutons - croutons were crispy and crunchy and the dressing was my IDEAL Cesar dressing! If I could give 11/10 I would. So glad haven is doing good orders with Chapman crafted - truly a match made in heaven!!

Permanent Waves

Not nearly enough beers in this genre, and none as good as PW. One of our absolute favorite Mexican-style Lagers, these go in and out of our house so fast we're thinking of getting a direct pipe in.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Always hated brussel sprouts... until i tried this dish. Apparently theyve been cooked wrong my whole life? Wither qay these were amazing and defonitely turned me onto brussel sprouts and giving then another chance. And it was amazing with all the beers i had

Slow Riser

By far my favorite. It's a smooth, dark, easy drinker. If you love the coffee stouts/porters, you can't go wrong with the Slow Riser. Maybe I'm biased because I share my last name with this incredible brewery!? =)

Truly enjoyed this hazy IPA. I have gotten into the hazys, and this is my favorite to date. Need to head over and snag more, before the season passes
